IHC in South Bend, Indiana, (Western Avenue) is seeking a Family Medicine Physician (M.D./D.O.) passionate about providing healthcare services to the underserved population in the area. • $225,000-$230,000 guaranteed salary

• Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) from an accredited school of medicine
