Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic human resources management and oversight for large manufacturing facility
  • Support 800 employees and manage 4-6 direct reports in all HR functions
  • Responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of HR and cross-functional teams to create a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Provide guidance and support in various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations/investigations, performance management, training, learning & development, and compliance
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 10 years' progressive human resources experience required
  • 5 years' HR management experience required
  • Manufacturing industry experience required
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
