This individual will be responsible for the growth and development of the Melt/Cast Team consisting of over 400 people.

This position will focus on taking care of our clients customers by working as a member of the leadership team to continually improve our safety, environmental efforts, quality, costs, productivity and profitability. This individual will be responsible for the growth and development of the Melt/Cast Team consisting of over 400 people.

- Business Acumen- Ability to utilize understanding of cost, profitability and economics to make sound business decisions in the best interest of the organization. Understanding of conversion costs (both fixed and variable), metal margin, DC, commercial implications and basic economic fundamentals.
- Minimum of three years experience with EAF and Casting Leadership
- Possesses thorough understanding of Melting & Casting operations, scrap, alloy & refractory inventory management, and all associated processes
- Prior Steel industry leadership experience
- Possesses strong technical background in operations or maintenance
- Four-year technical degree or equivalent experience
