Essential Functions: Provide friendly, efficient, and timely customer service that exceeds the guests’ expectations. Exhibit complete knowledge of coffee bar beverages, food items, and merchandise. Ensure coffee, tea, beer, wine and other beverages are prepared and served according to Starbucks, SkyCafe and SpaceBase standards with correct presentation.


Experience & Skills Required: Must be 21 years of age. Minimum of 6-months Barista experience is required, preferably in a high volume environment. Great guest service attitude, professional, motivated self-starter. Job requires valid food handler’s permit within 14 days of employment.


Other Ideal Qualifications: Flexibility with schedule to work varied and last minute shift changes. Restaurant experience is a plus.

Physical Demands: Ability to walk, stand, reach, lift, and engage in repetitive tasks with fine motor agility for entire shift. Ability to lift 50 pounds. Typical shift is approximately 8 hours.


Full Time, Union Represented, Hourly Position

Hourly Rate: $20.97 - $20.97 / hour + tips
