Job Description:
The porter/groundskeeper provides basic light maintenance functions and cleaning for the property. The porter/groundskeeper is charged with providing exceptional service by maintaining the grounds and property with high curb appeal.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- At least 6 months experience working in Building Maintenance or Grounds-keeping for Residential or Commercial properties is required. 6 months of Janitorial or housekeeping experience will be accepted.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Must live near or be willing to commute to the Sacramento
