Janitor

Position Overview:

Unique Cleaning Service, Inc. is in search of a Full Time Janitor for one of our customers at a facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. The successful candidates will maintain the facility in a clean and orderly condition by performing routine maintenance functions. We are looking to fill this position with candidates that are detail and service oriented.

$21.77 Hourly

Schedule: Monday - Friday 10pm-6:30am

Duties:

• Clean and service restrooms
• Clean, sweep, scrub and buff floors
• Dust and empty trash containers
• Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and toiletry supplies
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Clean and sanitize equipment
• Cleans common area space and waiting areas in facility

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year janitorial experience
• High School Diploma or possession of an acceptable equivalency diploma.
• Must be a self starter, punctual and reliable person willing to be a team player at all times.
• Nationwide background check
• Drug Screening
• Lifting of heavy supplies and materials.
• Experience operating large motorized housekeeping equipment a Plus!
• Stripping and waxing floors experience a Plus!
