PM Housekeeper/ Lobby Attendant

We are looking for an ambitious and fun individual to join our hard working housekeeping team at the Residence Inn near Universal. Our goal is to enhance the customer experience by keeping our facilities in a clean and orderly condition while having fun at work!

• Deliver excellent customer service
• Dusts
• Polish metalwork and furniture
• Vacuum floors, clean bathrooms and common areas
• Supply own cleaning cart with appropriate supplies for shift
• Remove debris and turn in any lost and found items
• Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws
• Maintain equipment in good condition
• Report on any shortages, damages or security issues
• Ability to clean rooms as needed to assist hotel operations

Skills to be successful in this role would include:

• Fluent in English & must be able to communicate via Radio
• Ability to work 3pm-11pm with weekends is a must!
• Ability to work independently and remain motivated
• Smile
• Proven working experience in relevant fields
• Helpful with customer service
• Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail
