Description
Reporting to the President, the Client Relationship Manager markets Attendant Care Companies' services, coordinates referrals, client and their loved ones and ensures seamless transitions for clients who have chosen Attendant Care as their provider. 


Key Responsibilities
  • Market Attendant Care Companies’ services to physicians, case managers, hospital and nursing home discharge planners, community members, third party payers and other referral sources.
  • Collect necessary information for corporate office to process a referral
  • Maintain tracking log of relationship building efforts and produce reports measuring performance and to assist in structuring marketing efforts.
  • Interact/coordinate with team members, patients/clients, their loved ones, and referral sources to answer additional questions regarding Attendant Care Companies
  • Demonstrate comprehension of standards and criteria to home health care and complies with all state and federal regulations regarding the provision of Attendant Care Companies’ services.
  • Create relationships to obtain preferred provider status with area hospice agencies, rehabilitation centers, physician practices and long term care facilities.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Valid State of Michigan Driver License
  • Current auto insurance
  • Associates Degree in Business, Health Care Administration or a related field OR Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing preferred
  • One year of health care experience
  • Two years of sales experience
  • Basic level of understanding of medical terminology
