Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage an accounting team of 3, overseeing daily financial transactions and creating financial reports
- Develop strategies to improve revenue and minimize costs
- Maintain the organization's financial security by monitoring internal controls, prepare budgets & forecasts, and manage relationships with financial institutions and auditors
Qualifications
- 5+ years' high-level accounting and financial management experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required
- CPA or CMA highly preferred (or the ability/desire to obtain CPA or CMA)
