Customer Sales Representative

Shift: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm

Here's what you'll do:

• First point of customer contact for general inquiries like pricing, products, scheduling etc
• Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquires
• Interacts with customers, company sales, and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions

Here’s what you’ll have to interview:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 or more years or experience in call center setting
• SAP/Oracle experience is preferred
