Job Description

• Primary responsibility is supporting the successful execution of sales orders using project management skills.
• Customer relationship, communication, negotiation and satisfaction are key aspects of this role. Responsibilities include:
• Documenting changes to customer requirements, scope of work, and milestone schedule.
• Support with issuing change orders, both internal and customer driven.
• Assist with maintenance of project schedules, project planning, and tracking execution of projects to the plan.
• Collaborate with peer project managers on shared resources and project priorities.
• Provide support with monitoring activities of the purchasing group to assure the global supply chain accommodates project schedule and budget.
• Support with monitoring project finances.  Monthly reporting forecasts against budget and margin.
• Assist with monitoring risks throughout the execution of projects within a stage gate structure.

Qualifications

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• You should be studying for a career in Project Management
• Desired you have an interest in the packaging industry
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office tools
• You should have great attention to detail and a pro-active approach to tasks
• Professionalism in accepting changing priorities and deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and resiliency when facing change, challenging situations, and ambiguity
• Team worker with ability to recognize priorities with some guidance
• Valid driver license

Compensation Hourly: $21.00-23.00 based on experience
