Must have 2 plus years of Inpatient/ outpatient PT experience in an acute care setting.
Will cover IP/ OP Acute care/ SNF and LTACH.
KY License, BLS Orientation is bi-weekly.
Must reside 100 miles from facility to be considered.
Shift: 8:00 – 16:30
Start Date: 4/22/24
End Date: 7/21/24
