$18-$20, rate will be commensurate with experience

M-F, 40 hours/ week- OT as required
Education Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Years of Experience:
Zero-to-one-year related experience
As an Assembler at Caton, you will have the opportunity to build a variety of electronic cable assemblies and other sub-assemblies destined for mission critical applications. Assemblers are responsible for building products following prints, drawings, visual guides, and verbal instructions.
Our assemblers work as a team, and we all rely on each other to complete our jobs.
Caton offers paid training for in-demand skills and certifications. All assemblers will be trained by experienced assemblers and engineers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Read worksheets, receive verbal instructions, and follow the assembly process to determine assembly duties.
· Component & wire preparation using hand tools
· Pick up small parts and place them in small holes
· Operate liquid dispensing machine
· Perform spot checks of product during assembly
Requirements:Minimum Requirements:
· Good attitude and attendance
· Willingness to learn
· Mechanically inclined / likes to work with your hands
Opportunities for advancement:
· Complete training in molding, soldering, and grinding to move to Assembly Tech. 2
· Complete training and satisfy experience requirements to become Assembly Tech. 3
