Job Description
Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist
Job Description: Manage the front desk on a daily basis by performing a variety of
administrative and clerical tasks to the highest of quality standards. As the front desk
receptionist, you will also be the first point of contact for our company.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
• Notify company personnel of visitors’ arrival.
• Tend to all incoming calls and redirect them according to each caller's needs.
• Inform visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
• Distribute correspondence.
• Maintain security by following procedures and issuing visitor badges.
• Execute data entry.
• Maintain the company extensions and directory updated.
• Maintain the company logbook updated by monitoring and registering all
vehicles that enter and leave the premises.
Education and Experience:
• High School diploma.
• Prior experience preferred.
Requirements/ Skills/Abilities:
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish.
• Good management and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Able to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong multi-taking abilities.
• Able to work well under pressure.
