Summary of Position:

Treasury Specialist is responsible for conducting daily cash management activities including various payment settlements, banking account management and approval for new vendor. In the cash management part of our team, you will work with Assistant manager together.

Corporate:

  • Manages the department budget efficiently as per approved annual budget
  • Performs additional assignments / duties as assigned

EHS

  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
  • Complies with all safety policies and 5S clean philosophy to maintain a safe, clean working environment
  • Meets company safety goals

Technical:

  • Setup or approval of ACH, wire, and check payments.
  • Sort and prepare incoming checks for deposit.
  • Month end closing and reporting.
  • Reconcile multiple fiduciary bank accounts.
  • Vendor registration review & verify information with vendors.
  • Manage banking service requests including ACH/reverse wire authorization, account verifications, bank reference letters.
  • Review and approve weekly accounts payable for processing.
  • Manage daily cash flow and automatic payments.
  • Submit for Purchase approvals.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Preferred work experience in manufacturing company or automotive industry.
  • Preferred experience in SAP system and MS Office Excel
  • Bank Reconciliation experience is preferred.
  • 1-2++ years of treasury/finance experience is preferred.

Software Skills Required

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience working with ADP
