FIRSTLIGHT HOME CARE is hiring caregivers in the Lansing and Howell/Brighton areas.   We are looking for people that have the passion and dedication to folks in need of assistance.  We have full and part time jobs available.  
FirstLight Home Care offers our Caregivers the following:

• Flexible Work Schedules-  If you are going to school or working another job we are willing to work around your schedule.  With this said, we do have specific shifts that need to be covered so the more you are available the more hours you will be scheduled for.
• Competitive Pay -  We offer pay rates that are competitive and fair.  Our rates are based on experience and the rates within the communities worked.  Rates range from $15.00 - $17.00
• Bonuses-  Refer a friend and when they apply and work 90 days you get a $100 bonus!!  It is that simple.
• Additional Training - We offer CPR, dementia and several other trainings free of charge.

What we are looking for in a Caregiver

• Hardworking and good work ethics
• Able to work various shifts/days
• Willing to be a team player
• Honest, compassionate and kind
• Able to pass drug screen and background check
• Valid Driver's license and car insurance
• Clear TB test
• Good communication skills - written and oral
