Experis, a division of ManpowerGroup, has partnered with an American company within the electrical utility industry. Looking for a Transmission Field Services (TFS) Electrical Utility Scheduler to work onsite in Tulsa, OK. In this role you will be maintaining schedules for utility workers while also assisting with outages, putting in outage requests, etc. The ideal candidate will have good communication and self-motivation which will align successfully in the organization, working a 12-month contract with intention to convert to FTE/perm & opportunity for growth.

Job Title: TFS Work Management Coordinator Associate

Location: Tulsa, OK 74108 (fully onsite)

Pay Rate: $27.85/hr.

Duration: 12 months (potential to extend/convert)

Schedule: M-TH 8 hours Friday 4 hours. Travel 10% to visit local substations for training purposes. OT as needed but not often.

What’s the Job?

  • Assist in developing integrated resource loaded TFS work schedules using approved scheduling software, optimizing maintenance and capital work plans.
  • Support TFS outage requests by entering data into relevant systems and participating in outage coordination meetings.
  • Coordinate changes to work schedules and assist in developing statistical reports related to scheduling and crew utilization.
  • Participate in meetings with various departments to cover scheduling, staffing, and outage coordination. Aid in organizing, attending, and contributing to outage coordination meetings.
  • Assist higher level employees in the development, review, and presentation of statistical reports related to work scheduling and adherence, crew utilization, etc.

What’s Needed?

  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Associate's degree in Engineering technology or similar field 
  • Preferred experience in electrical utility fields such as Transmission or Distribution Line, Station, P&C, or maintenance/construction/project scheduling.
  • Ability to read/interpret electrical schematics, understand switching procedures, and use MS Office Tools and MS SharePoint.
  • Aptitude to understand switching, tagging and clearance points.
