Job Requirements:
- No prior nursing or medical experience is required
- Must be 18 years or older to apply
- Strong communication skills
- Must be able to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 35lbs
- Must be able to pass MN Background Check
Position Overview:
- Help residents enjoy daily living
- Provide hands-on personal care to older adults including assisting with getting dressed, showering, using the bathroom, and eating
