Experience:

• 12 months of role experience is required.

• 12 months of Telemetry Unit experience is required.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Idaho license or compact license in hand at the time of application.

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.

• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Guaranteed Hours 48

Shifts are schedule by the unit scheduler. Shifts can be blocked or grouped together.

Weekends in rotation as needed

Holiday Requirements: If there is a need.

Will float to MedSurg here, May also float to Meridian or Boise to Tele

Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Heart Failure, COPD, Sepsis, AFIB, PNA, Stroke, detox, suicidal holds

Scrub Color/Dress Code: any color as long as clean and professional.
