Job Description

As the IT Director, you will play a critical role in leading our IT team and ensuring the effective delivery of IT services and support to the organization. You will be responsible for managing a small team of IT professionals and supporting all aspects of IT in a hands-on capacity. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in break-fix, Microsoft Windows Server, networking, CCTV, and access management. Apply today for immediate consideration!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a small team of IT professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support as needed.
  • Support all aspects of IT within the organization, including break-fix, troubleshooting, and resolving IT issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage and maintain Microsoft Windows Server environments, ensuring the availability, security, and performance of server resources.
  • Configure and troubleshoot networking equipment, including routers, switches, and firewalls, to ensure reliable network connectivity.
  • Manage and support CCTV systems, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of cameras and recording equipment.
  • Administer access management systems, including user account management, permissions, and security policies.
  • Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure the efficient and secure operation of IT systems.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and requirements, and develop and implement IT solutions to meet those needs.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends in IT, and recommend new solutions or enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong technical proficiency in break-fix, Microsoft Windows Server, networking, CCTV, and access management.
  • Experience managing and supporting small IT teams in a hands-on capacity.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex IT issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
