Job Description:

• Conduct speech and language screenings and assessments for students
• Implement therapy plans
• Provide direct one-on-one or group therapy sessions to students with speech and language disorders
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and SLPA to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor and document student progress, maintaining accurate records
• Assist with creating and implementing strategies to support language development in the classroom
• Participate in meetings and team discussions regarding student progress and needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field
• SLP certification or willingness to obtain SLPcertification in Colorado
• Bilingual proficiency in English and another language
• Knowledge of speech and language disorders in children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with colleagues
• Familiarity with educational settings and the special education process
• At least two years of school experience
