Position Details:

• Role: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Location: Lapeer Community, Lapeer MI
• Responsibilities:
  • Implement and model appropriate behavior strategies for high-needs behavior students
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
  • Develop effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
  • Collect and interpret behavior data to formulate comprehensive behavior plans

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from Michigan
• Strong familiarity with behavior strategies and interventions in a school setting
