\nWage: $16-$18/hour

\nShift: 1st, 2nd
\n
\nHours: 5am-3:30pm Monday-Thursday, OT Fridays as needed; 3:30pm-2am Monday-Thursday, OT Fridays as needed

\nGrinder Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
\n- Grind product after being welded and prepare it for shipping
\n- Sandblast construction attachments and perform final prep before product goes into painting
\n- Lift, position, and remove work pieces from machines to assist in loading and unloading raw materials/cut parts from machine using an overhead crane or jib hoist
\n- Load, stack, and transport stock, tools, dies, and work in process by cart or forklift
\n- Attach chain or grappling equipment to work pieces to prepare work piece for moving by crane or jib
\n- Clean, grind, and scrape metal pieces as prep for fabricating, welding, painting, or shipping using an electric hand grinder
\n- Pick up and move scrap from work areas
\n- Clean work area, machines, tools, and equipment
\n- Load and unload the paint line
\n- Assist with washing the parts and prepping them for paint
\n
\nGrinder Requirements:
\n- High school diploma or GED
\n- Approximately 6 months of related experience
\n- Stand and walk on concrete for 100% of shift
\n- Reach and grasp with hands throughout shift
\n- Stoop, kneel, or crouch
\n- Lift or move 50lbs
\n- Stand in wet area for entire shift
\n- Ability to communicate with all co-workers in the plant area
