- Must have active state license
- BC required
- Weekdays, Days, Call, Weekend call, 7 on / 7 off
- PALS, ACLS and BLS needed
- 34 patients per day, average of 7 - 10 admissions during day & 4 during night
- Bread & butter GS, ENT, ortho, OB/GYN, optometry, peds dental, endoscopy (peds > age 2) etc
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
