Senior Scrum Master, Agile

What You Will Be Doing:
As a Senior Scrum Master, you will embrace the challenge of tailoring various agile methodologies and frameworks to suit the unique needs of our data and analytics organization. Your strong leadership qualities will inspire, influence, and motivate teams to navigate change with positivity and resilience.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years leading and collaborating with development teams in an agile environment, demonstrating a deep understanding of agile practices and techniques.
• Proven track record as a Scrum Master in previous roles, showcasing the ability to facilitate and guide agile teams effectively.
• Possessing relevant certifications such as SAFe or Certified Scrum Master is highly desirable, reflecting a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Strong preference for a basic understanding of Data and Analytics or Business Intelligence operations and key deliverables.
• Proficiency with Microsoft DevOps is preferred, showcasing the ability to leverage this toolset for efficient project management and collaboration within an agile context.

Pay:  $57.75 – $82.50 /hr.
