Annual Salary: $82,000

Position Summary:

Full-Time Clinical Supervisor available immediately for our Behavioral Health Site in Oak Harbor, WA. Our Island County Behavioral Health Program offers in-office and school based services. The Clinical Supervisor will support and report to one core site and have additional sites assigned for supervisory duties.

The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for supervision of clinical staff; intern supervision; training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; assisting Program Manager with hiring and staff evaluations;  rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems; contract compliance; carrying a small case load of clients to provide direct care; and other duties as needed. 

Qualifications and/or Requirements:

• Master's degree in the Social Science or Social Service field.
• Mental Health Professional; certification as a Mental Health Specialist as prescribed by WAC, is preferred.
• Must be fully licensed Mental Health Clinician (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) and a Washington State DOH-approved clinical supervisor, able to provide supervision hours for licensure.
• At least five (5) years’ experience in the field, with some administrative experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish also preferred, but not required.
