Job Summary:

The Service Advisor at Ferguson Superstore in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers in the automotive industry. This is a full-time, individual contributor position with a competitive base salary and commission structure. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of our customers' service needs, ensuring their satisfaction with our dealership and services. Compensation & Benefits:

As a Service Advisor at Ferguson Superstore, you will receive a competitive compensation package ranging from $50,000 to $100,000 per year, paid biweekly. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, employee discounts, and opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and assist with their service needs, building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Listen to customer concerns, make service recommendations, and accurately estimate repair costs
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments, ensuring efficient use of technicians' time and the timely completion of services
- Maintain thorough knowledge of our dealership's services, policies, and procedures
- Communicate with customers throughout the service process, providing regular updates on the status of their vehicle
- Upsell additional services and products to meet customers' needs and maximize revenue
- Ensure all service orders are accurately completed and processed in a timely manner
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and courtesy
- Collaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure timely and quality service delivery
- Stay current on industry trends and developments, attending training and educational programs as needed

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in a related field is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong sales abilities and a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively
- Proficient computer and technology skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
