Job Description

The Director of Investor Relations will lead sales efforts to drive new Capital Investment from Institutional prospects and existing investors, develop relationships with Wealth Partners and RIA's/Family Office contacts, manage and service existing investors while gathering additional Capital, referrals, and consistently deliver uncompromising service to investors while modeling DLP's Core Values.

What you have already achieved: (Requirements)
 

  • 5+ years of experience in related field
  • Customer service oriented approach to investments
  • Strong knowledge of investment products required
  • Experience with CRM platforms
  • The ability to independently drive revenue

What you are great at: (Responsibilities)

  • Initiate Focused Daily New Prospect Calls focused on UHNW and Institutional Prospects.
  • Initiate Daily existing Investor calls.
  • Hold Quarterly Investor Review Meetings.
  • Gather referrals from current Investors.
  • Deliver uncompromising WOW investor experiences.
  • Utilizing CRM and company tools/technology to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of sales and service efforts.
  • Maximize DLP Events.
  • Collect all required information for new custodial relationships.
  • Achieve 100% of Professional and Personal Rocks.
  • Create and record training and content for DLP Capital internal purposes and external marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge and expertise in DLP Funds and industry/market overall.
  • Lead training and drive accountability within the funds team.
  • Implement top initiatives at a team level.
  • Lead ownership of Capital team pipeline management
