Company MDX is seeking to hire an Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be an organized and proactive individual capable of handling a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the operation of the office. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with continuous learning.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, reports, disseminating
correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.)
Operates office machines including copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, and other standard
office equipment.
Copies, sorts, and files records related to office activities, business transactions, and other matters.
Serves as the receptionist for the office, greeting visitors and clients.
Perform regular cleaning duties including vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces, emptying trash
receptacles and disposing of waste in designated areas
Ensure that the coffee area is clean organized and properly stocked with coffee, tea, snacks and other
amenities.
Coordinate Hotel Rooms thru App For Training Travel
Maintain schedules for required projects/clients.
Manages calendars and schedules appointments.
Assist in client relationship management
Interacts with various employees in almost every department
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills, flexibility and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required due to the amount of interaction they
have with various employees and vendors
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. and a willingness to learn new software.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (Preferable)
Spanish Language (Preferable)
Clerical experience preferred.
Proven Experience in a similar role (Preferable)
