Job Summary:
Village Caregiving - Clarksburg is currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to join our team in Jane Lew, West Virginia. This is a part-time, hourly healthcare/medical job where you will be responsible for providing essential care to individuals in need. As a Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the daily lives of our clients by assisting with personal care, medication reminders, and light household tasks.

Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $11 to $13 per hour, paid semimonthly. As a part-time employee, you will also have access to benefits such as paid time off and flexible scheduling options.

Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care to clients, including assistance with bathing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with medication reminders 
• Perform light household tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and light housekeeping
• Engage in meaningful conversations and provide companionship to clients
• Monitor and report any changes in client's overall health or well-being
• Follow care plans and communicate effectively with clients and their families
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided

Requirements:
• Previous experience in caregiving, preferably in a healthcare or home care setting
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
