Who We're Looking For:

• Experience: A seasoned leader with over five years in a managerial role within production, boasting a background in supervisory roles within a manufacturing context. Assembly, metal fabrication, and paint experience are highly regarded.
• Skills: A strategic thinker with a knack for problem-solving, data analysis, and leveraging technology to streamline processes. Your strong interpersonal skills will enable effective conflict resolution and team development.
• Knowledge: A deep understanding of manufacturing financial metrics, inventory control, and operational processes. Familiarity with ERP systems and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred, underpinning your expertise and strategic vision.

Minimal travel is required for this role, allowing you to focus on driving performance and innovation within our facilities.
