Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data-Driven Data Strategy Program Manager to join our team. As the Data Strategy Program Manager, you will be responsible for generating and driving project plans, ensuring successful execution of data-driven initiatives, and optimizing data management processes.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for data-driven initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, leveraging your strong leadership skills to motivate team members and drive results.
• Produce timely and accurate status reports to stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, milestones, and potential risks.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and implement data governance and management practices, ensuring data quality, integrity, and security.
• Apply strategic thinking to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business insights and inform decision-making.
• Develop and implement new processes and frameworks to optimize data management and drive continuous improvement.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on data strategy and management, providing guidance and support to internal teams as needed.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in data management, incorporating new methodologies and technologies to enhance our data-driven capabilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration) required; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in program management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex data-driven initiatives on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
• Demonstrated expertise in data governance and management principles, with a deep understanding of data quality, integrity, and security.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex problems, develop innovative solutions, and drive organizational change.
• Process-minded individual with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
