About the Role: As a Call Center Agent at Style Netbox, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You'll handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our brand.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries and providing assistance as needed.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, gather feedback, and provide additional information about our products or services.
• Listen actively to customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and find appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document all interactions and transactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction ratings.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
