About the Position
The Operations and Pricing Analyst role requires a skilled professional to perform financial
profitability analysis, month-end close transactions associated with the inventory and
manufacturing activity, and fixed asset accounting. The individual needs to have data analysis
experience combined with communication skills to explain trends and exceptions. The position
requires a self-motivated individual with the ability to offer innovative solutions. This position
has the flexibility of being hybrid on-site and remote.
Position Responsibilities
• Perform all work in accordance with safety guidelines
• Analyze manufacturing metrics, financial information, production variances, and the root causes
creating variances
• Prepare product contribution and gross margin profitability analysis to understand key drivers
for change
• Analyze inventory and manufacturing transactions and record adjustments, as
necessary
• Maintain product structures and standard cost rates within the ERP system
• Use a cost model to prepare customer quotes and review customer margins
• Prepare month-end journal entries and reports
• Maintain and update fixed assets
• Facilitate the annual physical inventory and monitor cycle counting program
• Assist with annual financial audits
• Assist with annual budgets for department expenses and raw material costs
• Review and post A/P vouchers
• Perform other duties, including special projects, as assigned

Essential Skills and Characteristics
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA/CMA preferred
• 4-7 years of accounting/finance experience, in a manufacturing environment
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and reliability
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• In-depth knowledge of standard costing, inventory, and fixed assets
• Ability to communicate with and influence people from other business disciplines
