Job Description: The Meet Driver is responsible for conducting daily farm-lab runs, managing bi-weekly Coopersburg deliveries, and assisting with light maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for a minimum of three daily runs between Lab and Farm locations.
• Must complete daily runs on time and according to established requirements.
• Responsible for completing the inter-facility meet to Coopersburg, PA every other week.
• Other client deliveries or trips as required.
• Complete monthly vehicle maintenance checklist.
• Safe and timely transportation of products between facilities.
• Coordinate and assist with snow and ice removal in the winter months.
• Maintenance tasks such as painting, changing light bulbs and other light maintenance duties.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be licensed for at least three years and have a clean driving record.
• Good organizational skills required.
• Must be able to lift and transport materials.
• Basic maintenance skills required.
• Self-starter, capable of managing multiple projects and/or assignments.

Physical Requirements:

• This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching at various times throughout the day.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
• Must be able to travel to other Lampire facilities as needed.
• Sitting for longer periods of time, while driving between locations.

Working Conditions:

• Extremes of temperature, including heat in summer months and cold in winter months.
• Excessive walking may be required.
