The owner is Carriage House Properties Partners LLC, and they are currently in the process of transforming the areas of this fine Mediterranean style building which is home to a new illustrious private member's club. They well create terraces which blend the contemporary with the traditional and lend themselves perfectly to al fresco entertaining with the most spectacular gardens in Palm Beach.

Position Summary: Bartender

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include the following.

Other duties may be assigned, as needed.

• Verify identification and age requirements of customers
• Mix traditional and creative cocktails
• Process payment from customers
• Clean glasses and bar utensils
• Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences
• Open and maintain tabs throughout their shift
• Build a rapport with members and guests to create a positive atmosphere
• Using an understanding of mixology to create new drinks, engaging the interest of the members and guests.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Knowledge of mixology for traditional and creative cocktails
• Understanding of unique and complementary flavor pairings
• Ability to enforce company policies regarding the consumption of alcohol
• Accountability in maintaining inventory and processing payments
• Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds

Education and experience

• Bartender's license.
• Certification in alcohol awareness program.
• Certification of previous training in liquor, wine, and food service.
• Certification of C.P.R. is recommended.
• Supervisory experience.
