Valet Supervisor - Perimeter Atlanta, GA

We are seeking an experienced, customer service focused valet supervisor in Perimeter Atlanta area. We provide a first-class valet parking and seek friendly, outgoing individuals with a desire to create a guest experience that exceeds the guest's expectations.

As a Valet Supervisor, you will support the operation by guiding the team while on duty. Valet Supervisors are the linchpin to a successful operation and must always maintain a positive and impactful presence.

Varied shifts during hours of operation
Pay range is based on an hourly rate plus tips

VALET SUPERVISOR DUTIES:

• Guide the team's interactions with guests and fellow employees by being a positive role model and influencer
• Provide oversight to operation through demonstrated competence in guest services, parking strategy and proper reporting
• Ensure team has tools needed to perform respective duties, share communications through pass along logs, etc.
• Work collaboratively with the valet team ensure prompt service for every guest
• Train and develop staff as needed to ensure top-level service and hospitality
• Ensure that appropriate service recovery measures are followed to ensure guest satisfaction with our services and associates
• Maintain professional appearance of yourself, your team and work area while on duty
• Perform ancillary duties as directed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Six months leadership experience preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must have a valid driver's license
• Candidate must be at least 18 years of age
• Candidate must have a clean motor vehicle record
• Candidate must be friendly with guests and other employees
• Candidate must have valet parking experience
