F&I Manager

Job Summary
The F&I Manager at Steve Coury Ford is a full-time management position responsible for managing the sales and financing team in Star Valley, Arizona. This position is responsible for closing automotive sales and negotiating financing terms with clients and dealers. The F&I Manager will also ensure compliance with corporate policies and governmental regulations.

Responsibilities
• Maintain relationships with customers and dealers to close sales.
• Negotiate terms of financing with customers and dealers.
• Monitor daily sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all corporate and legislative policies and regulations.
• Develop incentive plans to increase sales opportunities.
• Implement customer service strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and finance activity.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in automotive finance and sales.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver’s license.
