We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Landscaping Install Foreman to join our team. As a Landscaping Install Foreman, you will play a crucial role in leading our landscaping installation crews and ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and professionalism.


Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise landscaping installation crews to ensure work is performed efficiently and safely.
• Oversee all aspects of landscaping installation projects, including hardscape and softscape installations.
• Manage and coordinate project schedules, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with landscaping plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Train and mentor team members to improve their skills and productivity.
• Collaborate with project managers to communicate project progress and any potential issues.
• Maintain and inspect tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Monitor project budgets and work to control costs.
• Uphold safety standards and promote a culture of safety among the team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in landscaping installation, with at least 2 years in a leadership or foreman role.
• Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret landscaping plans and blueprints.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in the landscaping industry.
• Bi-lingual is a plus, not a requirement.
