In-home caregiver

Job Summary
Village Caregiving - Bowling Green is seeking a Part Time - hourly In-Home Caregiver to serve our senior clients in Franklin, Ky. This role will provide regular consultative and caregiving services in the home, offering companionship and assistance with daily activities. Candidates should be passionate about providing quality care to seniors and possess a strong attention to detail and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation & Benefits
This position is Part-Time and pays an hourly wage of $14.00 with the potential for additional performance bonus and benefits. The Caregiver will also receive on the job training and access to additional financial benefits through our employee benefit packages.

Responsibilities
- Provide in-home assistance, personal care, transportation, and social interaction for elderly clients on an hourly/as-needed basis
- Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands
- Monitor the physical, emotional, and mental health of clients
- Communicate regularly with clients, family, and staff
- Document assessments, care plans, and changes in the clients' condition

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is preferred
- 1+ year of healthcare experience working with elderly clients
- Good physical fitness and ability to remain mobile for long periods of time
- Calm, patient, and caring demeanor with excellent bedside manner
