Job Summary
The Sales Manager at Winner Ford Hyundai is a full time, salaried role responsible for leading the sales team and growing sales at the dealership. This individual contributor role is located in Dover, Delaware, and requires an analytical, goal-oriented and dedicated individual who can ensure customer satisfaction while driving performances.

Responsibilities
• Manage the sales staff members and ensure that customer experience and satisfaction remain top priorities
• Develop sales and customer service strategies to increase dealership revenue
• Monitor customer service reviews, track sales volumes, and identify areas of improvement
• Stay up to date on industry trends and devise strategies to capitalize on current market conditions
• Analyze sales data, provide performance reports and use the reports for making strategic decisions
• Motivate and engage sales staff and implement new sales techniques
• Supervise the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new sales staff members
• Lead daily store operations, such as inventory management and customer follow-ups
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education/experience
• 5+ years’ experience as a sales manager in the Auto industry
• Proven track record in building successful teams and driving sales
• In depth understanding of customer service and sales management systems
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and multi-task
