Banquet Captain

**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a Banquet Captain to oversee all aspects of banquet events, including set-up, service, and breakdown. The Banquet Captain will lead a team of banquet staff, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth event operations.

**Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate with event planners to understand event details and requirements
- Supervise and train banquet staff on set-up, service, and breakdown procedures
- Ensure all banquet equipment is set up correctly and in good working condition
- Communicate effectively with staff, kitchen team, and management to ensure seamless event execution
- Address any customer concerns or special requests promptly and professionally
