Head Bartender

Restaurant in Fairfield, Iowa is looking for an ambitious individual to oversee the daily operations of a wait staff and bar. Experience with kitchen, bartending, and Front of the House is a plus. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, bartending, waiting tables, inventory management, marketing, light bookkeeping, and employee relations. Applicants must enjoy working with the public and be able to work lunch hour, nights and weekends. Previously this position was compensated hourly with tips, which reflected approximately $45,000 per year.
