Sales Coordinator

Purpose:

Coordinate the activities of assigned Sales Professionals and Location Personnel to maximize customer satisfaction, company profitability and efficiency. Help your assigned sales professionals either follow the processes or get their deals into process compliance.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Owns the process to get the New Deal Checklist information into Sedona.
• Work with sales managements to accurately place retail and stock orders with vendors in a timely manner.
• Generates various sales activity and inventory reports for sales management as needed.
• Ensures equipment information in the dealer business systems and/or dealership website is accurate and timely updated.
• Locates and transfers equipment to and from other dealerships to satisfy customer needs.
• Communicates with sales management and sales staff on factory availability and order status.
• Maintains rental and demonstration equipment records.
• Assist sales staff on follow up after the sale activities.
• Verifies the completeness and accuracy of sales information such as customer information, equipment quantity, amounts and payoff information needed for settlements.
• Loads and/or verifies retail notes and used equipment floor plan and payoff information is added on the settlement.
• Ensures all additional customer purchases are activated (ie, PowerGard, JD Link, etc.)

Experience, Education, Skills, and Knowledge:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
• Strong time management skills.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.

Working Conditions & Requirements:

• Primarily office setting with occasional outdoor setting.
• Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to occasionally climb ladders/steps.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Travel as needed.
