Occupational Health Assistant
Role and Responsibilities
This position is responsible for processing results of Occupational Health services; including urine and hair drug tests, breath alcohol tests, and various types of occupational health services.
An associate degree or 2 years of similar work experience requested. Experience in the background screening process or occupational health sector preferred. Experience in customer service preferred.

Role and Responsibilities
This position is responsible for processing results of Occupational Health services; including urine and hair drug tests, breath alcohol tests, and various types of occupational health services.
- Process results of drug tests received from the lab or Medical Review Officer (MRO).
- Register donors for drug test sample collection.
- Follow up on pending drug tests and close those not received after registration expires.
- Contact appropriate resources such as labs, MROs, and vendors when necessary to complete accurate results.
- Follow all federal and state rules and regulations, as well client guidelines.
- Maintain turnaround goals, including monitoring late lists with vendors.
- Other duties as assigned.
