Location: Sacramento, 95818
Schedule: Part-Time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 1 PM PST
Position Overview: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented House Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of a private residence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. This role requires flexibility, reliability, and a thorough understanding of cleaning techniques and products.
Key Responsibilities:
- General Cleaning: Perform regular and thorough cleaning of all rooms in the residence, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing as needed.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Clean all kitchen surfaces, appliances, and cabinets. Includes washing dishes, organizing pantries, and disposing of expired items.
- Bathroom Sanitization: Clean and sanitize toilets, showers, bathtubs, and sinks. Replenish toiletries and ensure towels and bath mats are clean and presentable.
- Laundry: Wash, dry, and iron clothing and linens as needed. Organize and store laundry in designated areas.
- Deep Cleaning: Conduct deep cleaning tasks on a rotational basis or as directed, including cleaning windows, shampooing carpets, and wiping down walls.
- Organization: Help organize rooms, closets, and storage areas to maintain order and cleanliness.
- Waste Management: Regularly empty all trash receptacles, recycle as appropriate, and ensure waste is disposed of properly.
- Inventory Management: Keep track of cleaning supplies and notify the homeowner when replenishment is needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper.
- Familiarity with cleaning supplies and equipment, as well as their safe handling and storage.
- Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality.
- Attention to detail and pride in delivering excellent results.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Respect for privacy and confidentiality.
- Physical stamina and mobility, including the ability to reach, kneel, and bend.
