- High school diploma, required
- Capable of maintaining confidential information
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Works well with management, peers, subordinates
- Highly detail oriented
- Effective time management and self-motivated
- Good computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Effective problem solving abilities
- Assist Safety Director with various functions as requested, including, but not limited to:
- Compliance reporting and document management
- Licensing & registration for all fleet vehicles and CMV’s
- Completes IC Agreement updates & renewals
- Record keeping of all Driving School certificates and reporting
- Coordinate Independent Contractor rentals
- Assist with employee on-boarding and training programs
- Update and maintain documents and databases
- Track and update driver, equipment & training expirations and maintain any associated files or databases.
- Assist HR Director with various functions as requested, including, but not limited to:
- Distribution of benefit information
- Aid with company events, as needed
- Liaison for managers and employees
- Maintains and updates documentation as necessary and provides to managers upon request (orientation/onboarding, permit books, handbooks, PTO request forms, etc.)
- Assists in general administrative functions, as requested or needed
