What We’re Looking for!

We’re looking for an innovative leader to be our Office Manager in Minneapolis, MN. In this role, you will oversee and manage the daily operations of the Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), Permits and Dispatch. This role creates and maintains a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organization, effectiveness and communication between departments.  Office Manager duties and responsibilities include some clerical tasks and a purpose of helping others succeed!

  • A salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 (Depending on skills and experience) plus bonus potential!!!!

What You’ll Do

  • Create and manage schedule for CSR & Permit Teams
  • Provide accurate and timely coaching
  • Plan and implement goals and objectives on your team
  • Answer phones and online leads as necessary
  • Work with the Marketing Department to develop various scripts for call-taking
  • Running reports
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Help with onboarding and offboarding
  • Ensure a positive culture
  • A successful Call Center Manager will be engaged with their team, have the ability to set and meet goals, and be ready to grow professionally.

What Makes YOU Great!

  • Your strong leadership skills
  • You have 5 years of experience managing or supervising in a Call Center
  • Proven success in coaching call-takers
  • Your sales experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Your personable and outgoing personality
  • Strong organization planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
  • Your ability to be a strong team player
