Of course, you'll use your design and CAD skills, but it's way more than that! Bardes Plastics is looking for a Thermoform Tooling Designer who has strong design skills, and the leadership skills to match.

And did I mention it's a Hybrid role?If it is better for you, you can work 1 to 2 days per week from home!

Be part of the team that designs and analyzes new products, manufacturing capabilities, tooling needs, and troubleshoots quality control challenges.

What it takes to succeed:

All you need is 5 years' experience (more is better of course), a strong work ethic and an organized approach to the job. Your CAD skills, of course, and preferably SolidWorks or Proe. Any experience with packaging design would be a big plus! Thermal forming, CNC and CAM experience also a plus.
