• Plan preparation, details, proposals, and client presentations for highway and other transportation related projects
• Create project strategies, approaches, and schedules.
• Manage project financials and assign resources accordingly
• Provide technical expertise to engineers and technical staff

What do you need to bring to the table?

• 5 Years' experience in Transportation and Highway Design
• 3D Design experience with MicroStation and Open Roads Designer
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Project Management and Business Development experience
• Experienced with FDOT design standards and criteria related to highway, bridge, and Traffic design and plans production; able to interpret and apply technical information contained in procedures and manuals to accomplish the design process for assigned projects
• P.E. Certification strongly preferred.
